A fool reproaches ungraciously, and a gift from a begrudging giver becomes an eyesore.
A fool will upbraid bitterly: and a gift of one ill taught consumeth the eyes.
It is stupid to be unkind and insulting. No one's eyes are going to sparkle at a gift that you resent giving.
The fool is ungracious and abusive, and a grudging gift makes the eyes smart.
A fool offers nothing but insult, and a gift given begrudgingly dims the expectant eyes.
A fool is ungracious and abusive, and the gift of a grudging giver makes the eyes dim.
